Vegetarian the other way around

Carol- I prefer to just eat protein and complex carbohidrates. In other words, no rice, no bread, no sweet. Feeling a lot like a vegetarian in Brazil...but that's fine...it's all part of the experience. Indian food has a lot of flavour and it's very interesting that they have so many tradicinal food from each region. Arnab and Sam are great and very friendly. I am so happy that they take good care of us.
